How does the free call work?
It's a friendly 20-minute conversation where we learn about your business, how your team works, and where your time goes. We'll send you a short report summarising what we discussed and potential next steps. The decision on what happens next is always yours.
Do I need AI, or would simpler automation solve my problem?
Sometimes simpler is better. A well-built spreadsheet or basic automation might be all you need. On the free call, we'll be honest about what would work best for your situation. If AI isn't necessary, we'll say so.
Do I need clean or organised data before we start?
No. Most businesses don't have perfectly organised data, and that's fine. We'll work with what you have and help tidy things up where it matters. It's just part of the process.

What does it cost?
Our hourly rate is £100, and because we use AI ourselves, most tasks take less time than you'd expect. We'll always give you a detailed quote before starting.
What's the ROI I can expect?
It depends on three things: how much an hour of your time is worth, how many hours you save, and the cost. For example, if you save 4 hours a week and value your time at £50 an hour, that's £10,000 a year. If the implementation costs £1,000, you're essentially buying £10,000 for £1,000. Can't I just use ChatGPT myself — why do I need help?
You can, and many people do. But there's a difference between using ChatGPT for quick questions and building it into your workflow so it saves you hours every week. We handle the setup, the integrations, and the bits that take time to figure out — so you get results faster.

Not at all. Most of the people we work with aren't technical, and that's completely fine. We explain everything in plain English and make sure you and your team feel comfortable every step of the way.

Will I be able to maintain things after you leave?

We do. AI moves quickly, and we offer monthly check-ins to keep your tools running smoothly, answer questions, and spot new opportunities. Think of it as having an AI advisor on call — without the full-time cost.

Is my business data safe?
Yes. We only recommend tools with strong security and privacy practices, and we'll always explain exactly what data goes where. We treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.
What happens to my data after we finish working together?
Any data we accessed during the project stays yours. We don't keep copies, and we don't use your information for anything else. Once we're done, we're done.
How do I know your recommendations aren't just upselling tools?
We have no affiliations or commissions with any tool provider. If we recommend something, it's because we genuinely think it's the best fit for you. If a free tool does the job, we'll say so.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes, if you need one. We're happy to sign an NDA before we start. Your business information stays confidential either way.
Are the tools you recommend GDPR compliant?
Yes. We only recommend tools that meet UK and EU data protection standards. If compliance matters to your industry, we'll make sure everything we set up ticks the right boxes.
